Terms and Conditions – d555 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to d555. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the d555 platform, which provides sports betting, esports betting, virtual sports, crash games, the Aviator game, and related gaming services at d555.site (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "You", "Your") and d555 ("we", "us", "our").

By registering an account on the d555 platform, or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been updated, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the d555 Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the d555 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. d555 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any member found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds associated with that account may be forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by d555 or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of d555, or an immediate family member of any such person.

d555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible person is permitted to hold one account on the d555 platform. Holding more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different mobile number, is strictly prohibited. d555 may suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances where duplicate accounts are identified.

When registering your d555 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times and to promptly inform d555 of any changes.

• Registration is free and no deposit is required to create an account.
• Your mobile number will be used for account verification via OTP (One-Time Password).
• You must not register using a false identity, a fictitious name, or the personal information of any other person.
• d555 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

By completing registration at d555, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in full.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your d555 account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Do not save your password on shared or public devices.
• Log out of your d555 account after every session, particularly on mobile devices that others may access.
• Notify d555 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

d555 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately at support@d555.site.

d555 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such losses are directly attributable to our own negligence or system failure. Any transactions completed using your correct credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified d555 of a security breach before the transaction was completed.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and balances on the d555 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. d555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions.

d555 accepts the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfer
• IBFT — interbank funds transfer from any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

Deposits are credited to your d555 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. d555 does not charge any fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before transacting.

d555 accepts payments only from accounts and cards registered in your own name. Payments from third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating payment source. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all platform members.

6. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from your d555 account is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified on your account. d555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one to four hours for IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or system maintenance, or where identity verification checks are required before release of funds.

• d555 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. Providing requested documentation promptly will help ensure the fastest possible processing.
• d555 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours in cases where fraud, bonus abuse, or regulatory compliance checks are required.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements will be deducted from withdrawal amounts before processing.

7. Betting Rules

d555 offers sports betting across cricket, football, tennis, basketball, hockey, esports, and many other sports and competitions. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the d555 platform:

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not accepted and no liability exists on the part of d555 until you have received an explicit confirmation message that the bet has been placed successfully. A bet slip that has been filled out but not confirmed does not constitute an accepted bet.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled at the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. In the case of cricket, the PCB, ICC, or relevant board's ruling is final. In the case of football, the decision of the relevant football association is final. d555 reserves the right to delay settlement where results are subject to official review or appeal.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the relevant betting period is completed.
• An obvious pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• d555 determines, at its sole discretion, that voiding is appropriate based on the specific circumstances of the event.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

d555 reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on individual bets, bet types, or markets. These limits will be communicated to members and may vary by sport, competition, or market type. Any winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be reduced to the limit amount.

7.5 Obvious Errors

In the event of an obvious error in the odds or markets offered by d555 — for example, a price that is clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical fault — d555 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and to refund stakes. d555 will not be liable for consequential losses arising from such errors.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

d555 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, and sport-specific promotions. The following general terms apply to all d555 bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified clearly at the time the bonus is offered. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus is available to one account per person, one account per household, and one account per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.

9. Responsible Gaming

d555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. We provide a range of tools to help members stay in control of their betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your d555 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and apply a cooling-off period before increases take effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. When the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend betting activity for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. Betting resumes automatically when the period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the d555 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and will not be reversed for the duration specified. Any remaining balance will be returned to you.

• Engaging in match fixing, or placing bets on the basis of inside information that is not publicly available.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with d555 systems, databases, or code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing d555 staff or other members.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the d555 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, data, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of d555 or its licensors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the d555 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the d555 platform or its content without our express prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated earnings from betting or gaming activity.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms or to maintain the security of your account.
• Losses arising from technical faults, platform downtime, or internet connectivity failures that are beyond d555's reasonable control.

d555's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their d555 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude d555's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

d555 collects and processes personal data about our members in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, responsible gaming compliance, marketing communications (where consented), and fraud prevention. 14. Account Closure

Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures, provided no funds are subject to pending withdrawal holds or active wagering requirements.

d555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or regulation.
• The member has engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• Identity verification has not been completed satisfactorily.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and no response has been received to our communications.

Where an account is closed by d555 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to the member through their registered payment method.

15. Amendments to These Terms

d555 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to members through the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will be published at d555.site/terms-conditions with a revised Last Updated date.

Your continued use of the d555 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. d555 operates as a platform for entertainment purposes and bettors are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and d555 that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channels will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. d555 members agree to submit to this dispute resolution process before pursuing any other legal remedy.
